Kings Cross supply chain firm in merger with France’s Argon Consulting
Kings Cross-based supply chain consultancy Crimson & Co is merging with French firm Argon Consulting to form a new global group.
The deal will create an international business employing over 230 consultants across offices in Paris, London, Atlanta, Singapore, Melbourne and Mumbai.
The new group will combine Argon’s consulting and operations transformation expertise in France with Crimson’s global reach and supply chain focus.
Argon founder Yvan Salamon is president of the combined business.
Law firm DWF’s Manchester-based corporate team acted for Argon on the deal.
National head of corporate, Frank Shephard, advised alongside senior associates Darren Ormsby and James Cashman and solicitors Francesca Kinsella and Andrew Carr.
