Pegasus Group appointment strengthens North West
An experienced planning professional, with a career spanning more than 30 years predominantly in the North West of England, has been appointed by leading consultants Pegasus Group.
Sheila Wright joins the company from Peel Land and Property Ltd where she spent five years as Development Planning Manager.
Based in the Liverpool office, Sheila brings with her a wealth of knowledge and contacts and says it is an exciting time for the region and the industry.
“I am delighted to have joined Pegasus Group’s team of specialist consultants and am very much looking forward to promoting the Group’s variety of services.
“The North West is a particularly exciting place to work with so many opportunities here right now. Working closely with our Manchester office, my aim is to help grow the Liverpool offering, bringing in new clients and building on the excellent client base we already have.”
During her time at Peel, Sheila oversaw planning matters on major mixed use projects including MediaCityUK, Trafford Waters, Chatham Waters as well as the Port Salford strategic logistics site.
Before that she ran her own consultancy, Bain Wright Partnership Ltd based in Liverpool, working on a range of projects for a variety of public and private sector clients including mixed use developments, regeneration, residential, student housing, heritage and enforcement.
