durhamlane's latest move leads to new jobs for Newcastle
Sales transformation consultancy, durhamlane, is set to create at least 25 new jobs across its outsourced sales and recruitment teams as it celebrates the end of a record-breaking year for growth.
For the fifth year running, the company has achieved double-digit year-on-year growth, this time increasing its revenue by 38 per cent between April 2017 and March 2018.
This continued growth has been achieved by winning and retaining more customers than ever, and by nearly doubling head count. To aid its plans, durhamlane has recently moved from its office in Jesmond into Deltic House, Silverlink Business Park.
Richard Lane, co-founder and managing partner of durhamlane, said: “We’re incredibly proud of the team, their passion, dedication and relentless work ethic. All of these factors have propelled our business forward and enabled us to achieve our best year yet.”
With a current headcount of 43, the recruitment drive represents a 50 per cent increase of its team as it aims to achieve another ‘record-breaking’ year.
Lee Durham, also co-founder and managing partner, added: “We started durhamlane with a mission to raise the bar of the sales profession.
“As we reflect on what’s been another record-breaking year, it’s incredible to see how this mission has helped so many businesses achieve their growth ambitions. The expansion of our growth will enable us to help even more businesses sell at a higher level.”
