OnePay moves into their brand new offices
West Yorkshire-based OnePay is marking the continued success and rapid growth of the business and moving into new state of the art offices in the heart of Ilkley.
The providers of alternative payment solutions started moving into a 9,000 square foot open plan, contemporary office in the Oakapple office development, Mayfield House, on Lower Railway Road from the end of April.
Lee Hartley, managing director at OnePay, said: “This is such a exciting time for OnePay as a business. The company has grown rapidly and as a result the need for a larger office came about quickly. Our new office is located in a brand new development in the centre of Ilkley, only minutes from the train station. We are an Ilkley business through and through and knew we wanted to stay in town, so when the Oakapple development was announced it was an obvious choice for us.”
“The last two years alone has seen an additional 30 people joining, meaning we are now at 50 and we anticipate this growing to 70 by the end of 2018. The move coincides with our product and website developments taking place this year, meaning we will have even more to offer our customers. All in all 2018 is shaping up to be the biggest year in our 11 year history.
Founded in 2007, the company enables efficient payment to those without access to UK banking such as temporary or seasonal workers. Based in Ilkley, the company employs 50 staff and has a national client base.
OnePay works with firms and recruitment agencies, enabling fast and direct payment to employees who are provided with a OnePay account to access and spend their earnings. The account offers the security of sort codes and individual account numbers for direct access, to those who don’t have a UK bank account.
The OnePay account prepaid Visa card is issued by Raphaels bank and licensed by VISA, providing businesses and employees with payment peace of mind without the added hassle of cheques or cash payments.
OnePay works closely with the Association of Labour Providers (ALP), to manage and protect workers.
