Gloucestershire housing development receives 100% recommendation
A housing development in Gloucestershire is paving the way for building success after receiving a 100% recommendation score from its residents.
Charles Church’s Brockeridge Paddocks development in Twyning received the score based on the House Building Federation’s annual customer satisfaction survey which is issued to every new home owner eight weeks after legal completion.
So far, every new homeowner on the site agreed that they would ‘recommend their builder to friend’.
Carol Selway, sales director at Charles Church South Midlands, said: “The feedback we’ve had from our customers is further testament to the high-quality homes on offer at Brockeridge Paddocks.
“The responses we receive from the HBF surveys is something that we take extremely seriously, so we’re delighted to hear that all of its residents would recommend us to a friend.”
Part of the success of the site is down to its multi-award winning site manager, Terry Coles, who has been overseeing the construction of the development since its inception.
Having accumulated 14 industry awards in his 35 year career, Terry recently beat off stiff competition from over 16,000 site managers to win the Pride in the Job Award for his work at the Alderton Grange development in Tewkesbury.
The gong recognises the highest standards of excellence, with National House-Building Council inspectors judging winners on meticulous and consistent attention to detail, quality of workmanship, excellent leadership, technical expertise and commitment to the highest health and safety standards.
Carol added: “We’re extremely pleased to have Terry on board for this latest project at Brockeridge Paddocks.
“Yet again Terry has called on his 15 years’ worth of experience with Charles Church to deliver another exemplary site and these latest results are tribute to his excellent management skills.”
Brockeridge Paddocks is a stunning new development located on Brockeridge Road and comprise a mix of two, three, four and five-bedroom detached and semi-detached homes.
