Clever Lending join Family Building Society panel
Clever Lending has been appointed by Family Building Society as a packager for residential and buy to let mortgage products.
Family Building Society had a record-breaking year in 2017 and Clever Lending are delighted to be part of this success story by providing valuable input with distribution and packaging of their specialist mortgage and buy to let products.
The partnership will provide additional benefits to Clever Lending brokers that are seeking market-leading products for home buyers, and for landlords needing finance to buy or refinance existing investment property.
Brokers are now able to deal directly with Clever Lending to take advantage of Family Building Society’s extensive lending expertise.
Sonny Gosai, Head of Specialist Lending at Clever, said: “It is very exciting for Clever Lending to be appointed by the Family Building Society. It’s another step in our growth and we’re delighted to be working closely with an established lender who can offer such a wide range of products for consumers and landlords. I’m confident that this will be a very successful partnership.”
Keith Barber, Director of Business Development at the Family Building Society, commented: “We are very pleased to welcome Clever Lending as part of our growing ‘family’ and look forward to a long and successful relationship with the team at Clever Lending.”
