Talented Business Strategist Head Hunted to join Cintra Board

Gateshead based Cintra HR & Payroll Services; UK leader in flexible payroll and HR systems and services is delighted to welcome business strategy guru, Lysa Morrison to the Cintra family, as Director of Transformation.

Cintra has enjoyed double digit growth for the past twelve years but is not an organisation to rest on its laurels, having recently outlined an ambitious ten year growth strategy which will see Cintra more than double its turnover.

Lysa has been at the helm of her own successful business for ten years and has helped a range of businesses transform and implement successful change management strategies, but when existing client, Cintra, came knocking, she found herself in receipt of an offer that she simply couldn’t refuse:

“I have worked with Cintra on a consultancy basis and have great admiration for their drive, passion and professionalism. Their growth plans are both ambitious and exciting and a great fit for my skill set. As well as significant commercial experience helping businesses adapt and grow, Lysa is also a sought after speaker, regularly delivering lectures and seminars at Newcastle University Business School, and contributing to industry symposiums all over the UK and Europe.

Lysa specialises in language and behaviour and has developed a range of tools to support both business and personal growth through coaching, training, consultancy and facilitation. Her insightful and engaging approach was a hit at the annual Cintra client conference earlier this year and many clients have already sought her services to develop their business and employees through external facilitation. Lysa can offer coaching to individuals, teams and management groups to unlock their true potential, helping them to flourish.

Carsten concludes: “I’m absolutely over the moon that we were finally able to persuade Lysa to join the Cintra family and I look forward to her being an integral part of our future success.”
