Manchester entrepreneur turns up the volume with global premium wig brand
A Manchester businesswoman is aiming to go global with her new hair brand ‘designed for aspirational women everywhere’.
Not content with opening a luxury wig salon, VIP nightclub and concierge service, Laura Bacon has set her sights even higher by creating a new lifestyle brand for women.
Inspired by celebrity hair trends, Laura has created Hair Arvina - a range of hair systems - for women, whether they’re a mother, influencer, caring nurse, entrepreneur, housewife or student.
Available online or at her headquarters in Hale, Laura’s real hair wigs are in demand by both celebrities and everyday females.
Laura’s hair systems and extensions allow the wearer to enjoy their own red carpet moment - whether they choose blonde beach waves, a red bob or Kim Kardashian-style poker straight pink tresses.
Laura, who trained in the art of wig making at the UK Wig School in London, said: “As the hair industry is ever growing and people are always looking to enhance their beauty or change their appearance, I saw the perfect opportunity to share my passion for hair.
“Many celebrities wear wigs on stage or the red carpet, it’s the best kept secret in showbiz. They opt for the finest quality human hair which just looks like the real thing.”
She wants to get across the fact that all women can own their own premium wigs made from the finest Grade A 100 per cent human hair sourced from the likes of Russia to Cambodia.
To capture the ethos behind her new venture, Laura recently commissioned a photoshoot to represent the ‘Arvina Woman.’
Laura explained: “Arvina represents success and confidence in women who like to be different but stand together regardless of their backgrounds, skin colour, shape, scars and other features that society labeled as imperfections.
“Everyone deserves their moment of fame. You have to feel like a star in your own life and be the best version of you. Confidence can be beauty, shyness can be beauty, intelligence… Absolutely anything can be beauty. This is Arvina Woman.”
