Leeds city centre's The Leeming Building welcomes two new tenants
The Leeming Building in Leeds city centre is set to welcome two further companies, which now leaves only 7,000 sq ft of space available in the 30,000 sq ft building.
Eleven Eleven Recruitment and Rushh Digital have taken space on the 1st floor of the building.
Eleven Eleven is a recruitment company which specialises in the gaming industry and Rushh Digital is a digital marketing agency.
The Leeming Building is a Grade-I listed office constructed in 1904, which has undergone an extensive refurbishment by owners Freshwater Group.
The refurbishment of the building, which sits next to the new Victoria Gate development, includes a new reception area and communal break-out spaces, LED lighting and air conditioning.
The recent lettings leave six suites available in The Leeming Building with spaces to accommodate smaller 2-3 people businesses to larger businesses of 50-60 people.
Mark Newton, director at TPS, development managers on behalf of Freshwater Group, said: “We are pleased to welcome Eleven Eleven and Rushh Digital to The Leeming Building.
“Both are forward thinking young firms which is testament to the fantastic refurbishment program that we have just completed.
“The scheme has attracted a diverse range of businesses including design agencies, PR consultancies and media specialists all of various sizes”.
Alex Jowett of wsb Property Consultants commented: “The Leeming Building continues to attract a high level of interest due to the unique opportunity it presents in the market.
“There are not many opportunities to occupy such high quality vibrant space within a Grade I listed building in the heart of Leeds city centre.”
