Visualsoft hires wave of new recruits as part of growth strategy
Leading e-commerce and digital agency, Visualsoft, has recently recruited 20 new employees as part of its ongoing growth strategy.
The company’s team expansion has taken place across its Stockton, Newcastle and Manchester offices, to keep up with its rapidly increasing client list.
From social media executives and digital marketing consultants, to designers and developers, Visualsoft’s latest additions will contribute towards executing high quality digital campaigns to strengthen and improve the online presence of its 1000-strong retail client base.
Online shopping in the UK now equates to £1.1 billion every week, which stresses the importance for retailers to create a strong digital presence in order to keep up with changing buying trends.
For this reason, the business is busier than ever and welcomes the widespread recruitment drive to help fulfill the rising demand within this sector.
Visualsoft now has a growing team of over 200 staff who specialise in the design, build, support and marketing of online stores for retailers across the UK, including the Lakes Distillery, Montane and Moda in Pelle.
Dean Benson, CEO of Visualsoft, said: “With the ecommerce and digital marketing sector continuing to grow, this is an exciting time for us and one that we can’t wait to share with our new recruits.
“An effective online strategy is becoming increasingly important for retailers and rightfully so, as this has the potential to boost sales and help brands stay ahead of competitors. Businesses that fail to do this are set to struggle a lot more in upcoming months than those who embrace digital. Our existing team, along with the latest additions, are all experienced in reinforcing retailers’ online presence, hence why we are looking forward to seeing what positive outcomes appear as a result of our work throughout 2018.” Alix Bolton, Visualsoft’s head of people, said: “What better way to celebrate the business’s 20th year, than by recruiting 20 new digital marketing experts. We plan on continuing our impressive growth journey in 2018 and beyond, so having the very best people to make that happen is fantastic.
“For us, it is paramount that we focus on shaping and managing our people strategies, so that we can continue to attract, develop and support the very best talent.”
