Developer Urban Splash to invest £820k in Salford Boat Shed complex

Regeneration company Urban Splash has confirmed plans to invest £820k in its Boat Shed office site in Salford Quays.

The six-figure sum will see a further 14,000 sq ft of workspace refurbished at the 40,000 sq ft building.

Castlefield-headquartered Urban Splash acquired the complex in 2016.

Since then, the company has secured close to 18,000 sq ft of lettings, including deals with comms agency Hat Trick PR, smart radiator valve business Novo Innovations and independent coffee house Lupo Caffé Italiano.
