RFM Group expands education portfolio with revamp project at University of Huddersfield
Property management company RFM Group has commenced work this week on a refurbishment project at University of Huddersfield.
As the university continues to invest its campus, RFM Group will deliver Phase Two of the refurbishment of The Charles Sikes Business School building set at the heart of the university alongside the banks of the canal.
The 11-week project is designed to improve the facilities for thousands of Business Studies students in creating a brand new study environment with new flooring, ceilings and remodelling of classroom and study space.
A selected supply chain including JA Richardson Electrical and Machenair will help RFM Group deliver the project.
Leigh Edmondson, managing director, commented: “This project is a great win for RFM. We’re delighted to be on site and part of creating a state-of -the-art space for the university.
“RFM’s education portfolio continues to grow and we’re excited to deliver a first-class service, which we hope will form a long-lasting working relationship.”
