Bootle-based training centre of excellence praised for 98% employer satisfaction

Training Strategies proved its a centre of excellence after receiving a 98% recommendation rate from its employers for the Education & Skills Funding Agency’s 2017-2018 Employer Satisfaction survey.

Founded in 2008, Training Strategies, which recently moved its headquarters to Bootle’s Oriel Road after a decade in Aintree, focuses on the delivery of high quality training schemes and apprenticeship programmes for the unemployed.

Training Strategies also provide pre-employment education courses to any unemployed individuals who are claiming benefits. These programmes are 6-8 week short courses, targeted at occupational areas.

The company who provides training for sectors including Manufacturing, Health and Social Care, Education, Leisure and Hospitality, Arts, Transport, Construction, Wholesale and Retail, Security plus much more, received the overwhelming recommendation rate of 98%, which is an increase in 3% based on the company’s results of the previous year.

The fantastic results prove that the training centre, which is rated Good by OFSTED, is one of the most favoured in the North West, and renowned for its commitment to changing the lives of the unemployed, providing support and direction when it comes to selecting a career path.

The training provider was recently visited by Bootle MP, Peter Dowd, who said: “Ensuring that individuals and businesses have the right skills to compete and succeed in the 21st century is vital if we are to achieve our aim of becoming globally-competitive.

“Training Strategies is playing a major role in equipping people and businesses in the region with the education and skills to succeed.”

Quality Director Matthew Lynch said: “Training Strategies is renowned for its excellence and commitment to delivering quality apprenticeship programmes and pre-employment courses.

“We’re incredibly proud to receive a 98% recommendation rate from our employers. Ensuring they’re happy with the courses we provided is absolutely essential so we’re delighted that the results prove that.”
