Bradford industrial estate snapped up by property firm Ribston
A multi-let industrial estate in Bradford has been sold to the Ribston UK Industrial Property Limited Partnership (RPUT) for an undisclosed sum.
Located in the Bradford suburb of Idle adjacent to the Enterprise 5 Retail Park, Enterprise 5 Industrial Estate comprises 17 units of industrial accommodation totalling 32,500 sq ft.
The estate is fully let to 15 tenants including Sally Salon Services Ltd and Magden Ltd.
Cushman & Wakefield acted for Ribston whilst Carter Towler acted for the vendor, Kingsmede Enterprise (UK) Limited.
Jacques Esterhuizen from Cushman & Wakefield’s investment agency team in Leeds said: “We are delighted to have acted on behalf of Ribston on the acquisition of this asset as they continue to source quality multi-let industrial estates throughout the UK.
“Enterprise 5 offers numerous asset management opportunities and will be an excellent addition to their portfolio and we are confident that it will perform well for their fund.”
Joe Havery, director at Ribston, added: “This well let and well-located estate is a great addition to our portfolio. We are excited by its prospects and are looking forward to asset managing the estate building upon the work Kingsmede started in 2015.”
Josh Holmes from Carter Towler’s industrial team, also commented: “We are pleased to have completed the transaction with Ribston, it was one of the quickest deals that I’ve been involved in which is a credit to both Ribston and the vendor and their respective legal teams.”
