London Cocktail Club set to launch first bar venue outside of London
Bar operator London Cocktail Club has chosen Bristol as the location for its first venue outside of the capital.
UK leisure property agency Shelley Sandzer secured the unit for the new London Cocktail Club venue, which is located at 37 Triangle West.
Covering 2,000 sq ft across ground, first and second floor levels, the unit benefits from a late license until 4am.
Acting on behalf of the brand, Shelley Sandzer acquired the lease from former tenant, Manos Liquor Bar.
The new bar will be designed by JJ Goodman, founder and creative director of London Cocktail Club. The brand, backed by restaurateur and chef Raymond Blanc, and Dragons Den judge, Sarah Willingham, already has nine sites across London.
Casey Phillips, partner at Shelley Sandzer, said: “We are delighted to deliver this fantastic site on the Clifton triangle, a well-established and central destination for eating and drinking in Bristol.
“Shelley Sandzer are proud to have built a strong relationship with London Cocktail Club on other acquisitions in the capital, and this complete understanding of their needs as a brand has resulted in us being able to deliver the perfect location in a new city.”
Michelle Hall, managing director at London Cocktail Club, added: “We’ve long dreamed of bringing LCC to Bristol, a city that shares a kindred love of great cocktails and great parties.
“It’s an exciting first step for our company outside of our hometown and we’re very grateful to Shelley Sandzer for helping us achieve it.”
