The Broadway, Bradford expands retailers portfolio
The Broadway, Bradford has signed a lease with Apricot, a women’s clothing retailer.
Apricot will occupy a 3609 sq. ft. unit in the Eastbrook Mall area of The Broadway Shopping Centre. This will be Apricot’s 13th stand alone store, alongside over 400 concessions across the UK and Ireland.
Ian Ward, General Manager of The Broadway, Bradford said: “We’re delighted to welcome Apricot to the Centre. It represents another fantastic addition to our growing fashion offer and one which is sure to be hugely popular with our visitors.
“Bradford is continuing to develop as a prime retail and leisure destination in Yorkshire, with visitors choosing the city for its top restaurants and fantastic range of shops.”
Sophia Ciampa, from Apricot, commented: “We’re excited to expand into Bradford and are confident customers in the city will love the brand.
“The Broadway is a fantastic retail destination and is a very popular location with shoppers and tourists alike. We’re looking forward to welcoming customers into the new store.”
The Broadway attracted over 1.5 million additional visitors in 2017 year on year and has welcomed over 10 new retailers in the past 18 months including Game, The Fragrance Shop and Footlocker.
Established in 2007, Apricot is a fast growing women’s multi-channel fashion brand.
