Newcastle independent brewery strikes new deal with Booths
Tyne Bank Brewery, an independent taproom and brewery based in Newcastle, has secured a deal with food and drink retailer, Booths.
The new deal sees Tyne Bank Brewery’s gift set being stocked in 22 Booths stores across the North West
Pete Newton, beer and spirits buyer at Booths, said: “The decision to stock Tyne Bank Brewery was an easy one; they are one of a collection of great, Northern breweries that we work with at Booths.
“We pride ourselves on quality; stocking Tyne Bank Brewery allows our customers to discover treasures on their own doorstep,”
The gift set that is being stocked in Booths contains six of Tyne Bank Brewery’s most popular beers:
- Rhubarb and Custard, a 4.4% Pale Ale, which is brewed with fresh Yorkshire rhubarb, creamy lactose and Madagascan vanilla
- Mango IPA, a 4.1% Pale Ale with a blast of fresh mangoes
- Silver Dollar, the brewery’s flagship 4.9% American Pale Ale
- Strawberries and Cream, a 3.8% Extra Pale Ale, which contains strawberries combined with lactose
- American IPA, a 6% Indian Pale Ale, which is brewed with Ahtanum, Cascade and Chinook
- Summer Breeze, a 3.9% Light Pale Ale, which is brewed with Asian root ginger and lemongrass
