Avenue HQ to create 20 jobs with launch of new workspace hub in Leeds city centre
A flexible workspace, meeting and events community has announced plans to launch in Leeds city centre.
Avenue HQ is set to open its second workspace hub in the city in late August. The move will cost £3m and create 20 jobs across the business.
The hub’s customisable spaces will provide Leeds’ business scene with more than 200 coworking spaces and 35 offices varying in size.
Situated over five floors and 35,000 sq ft, the building on East Parade will be the business’ biggest to date.
Matthew Kennedy, CEO of Avenue HQ said: “Leeds is an exciting and vibrant city which has become the perfect base for growing businesses.
“We pride ourselves on being a community-driven business facilitating an informal business environment, where like-minded professionals, no matter what sector or size your business is, can work together.
“A recent survey of our Liverpool tenants revealed that 100% would recommend Avenue HQ to another business, and we’re confident that our community-first approach will attract local businesses!”
The interior of the building is being managed by Paragon Interiors Group. Paragon is the first business to take space in the building having committed to a 10-person office.
There are a variety of event spaces available throughout the building including meeting rooms, a secret garden, downstairs theatre and on-site eatery – available to tenants and the public.
