Renowned hospitality group to open new brasserie in Leeds

The Ivy Collection, a group of cafes, brasseries and restaurants established in London, is returning to Yorkshire with the opening of a brand new brasserie in Leeds this autumn.

Located in a listed building on Vicar Lane, The Ivy Victoria Quarter is to accommodate up to 240 guests. It will be situated within the renowned Victoria Quarter arcade which has established itself over the last 100 years as a fashionable destination.

Laura Bamber, area manager at The Ivy Victoria Quarter, commented: “We’re very excited to be opening a brasserie in one of Leeds’ most iconic shopping and leisure destinations.

“Leeds is such a vibrant location, with an ever-changing food and drinks scene, and we can’t wait to become a part of this cosmopolitan city when we open our doors this autumn.”

Open throughout the week, the brasserie will offer Leeds residents, businesses, shoppers and visitors various menus, serving breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon tea, light snacks and dinner, as well as cocktails.

The brasserie will be split across two floors and feature the main restaurant itself, two terraces and a central bar.

Like its sister sites, The Ivy Harrogate and The Ivy St Helen’s Square, the prestigious Martin Brudnizki Design Studio is consulting on the brasserie’s interiors.

The most notable features will include an onyx bar, pendant lighting, marble floor tiles, panel flooring and leather banquettes.
