Leeds city centre office building Phoenix House now fully let
Phoenix House on South Parade in Leeds city centre is now fully occupied for the first time since the building was refurbished by owners Wilton Developments.
Reapit, the computer software provider, has taken 2,735 sq ft on a five-year lease on the building’s second floor.
Jason Stowe, managing director at Wilton Developments, said: “We have thoughtfully refurbished the building’s common areas and this letting is testament to the investment we have made.
“We feel this continues to improve the building’s offer going forward.”
Clem McDowell from JLL, who brokered the deal, added: “Wilton is committed to creating an affordable and quality workplace environment which has been recognised by the fact Phoenix is now fully occupied.”
The Leeds offices of property advisers JLL and CBRE are joint agents on Phoenix House.
