Biz Space rolls out seven new offices across the country with Select Interiors
Design and fit out consultant, Select Interiors has completed a roll-out of refurbishment projects for emerging serviced office provider, Biz Space.
They will be spread out across seven key UK locations, including Wimbledon, Basingstoke, Nottingham, Altrincham, Nelson, Gateshead and Letchworth.
Partnering with interior designers, Territory Interior Design, Select interpreted the designs to create seven individual working spaces.
Each project comprised of the refurbishment of all common areas including receptions, hall ways and corridors, meeting spaces, bathroom and kitchen facilties and breakout spaces.
Work across all sites included demolition, asbestos removal, lighting design, the installation of M&E services, data, IPS/cubicles, new ceilings and flooring, fire shutters and the build and fit of bespoke joinery and upholstery.
Select Interiors’ managing director, Carl Brown, commented: “The Biz Space roll-out has provided us with a brilliant opportunity to showcase what Select can do, and the full scope of our services, as each of these flexible spaces is designed to stand out and be different.
“Rather than taking a uniform approach, Biz Space and Territory Design’s innovation is to give each of the offices an exclusive, distinctive makeover so that no two are the same and it’s that dynamic tactic that brands the company and appeals to the current market.”
Select Interiors originally launched in Manchester over 30 years ago as a retail and commercial fit out contractor.
Since then, the company has grown to include a range of design and consultancy services. In the past few years, it has continued to retain its North West client base while growing to be recognised as a national concern.
Kate Yates, managing partner at Territory Interior Design, added: “Select Interiors has demonstrated the best understanding of what we were aiming to achieve.
“They have effortlessly interpreted the design vision and helped to bring it to life. Their accurate and sympathetic interpretations and workmanship have been excellent throughout all projects and the final results always exceeded the expectations of ourselves and the client.”
Recent clients include Capital Properties, Job centre Plus, Colas Rail, Metrolink, HMV, Emporio Armani, PZ Cussons, Allied London, Mediacom, Airswift and Northern Pub Group.
