Stagecoach Team Up With Everton For New 18/19 Season

Bus operator Stagecoach Merseyside and South Lancashire has partnered with Everton Football Club to promote its direct bus service between Liverpool city centre and Goodison Park for the 2018/19 season.

The new-look 919 service will operate on matchdays from St John’s Lane, opposite Lime Street Station in Liverpool city centre. The first bus departs two hours before kick-off and then at frequent intervals to ensure arrival at the ground ahead of the start of the match.

After the game, buses will be departing from Walton Lane, opposite the Everton club shop, ten minutes after the final whistle.

This season, Stagecoach has increased the number of buses operating on the 919 service, giving match-goers an easy and affordable route to Goodison Park.

Stagecoach Merseyside and South Lancashire is one of four regional partners for Everton Football Club for the 2018/19 season.

Managing Director for Stagecoach Merseyside and South Lancashire, Rob Jones, said: “This is about giving fans the chance to leave the car at home and get to the match without the added stress that comes with driving to the game.
