Site manager Leighton Sims oversees Barratt’s new Bridgend development

Construction of new homes from five star housebuilder Barratt Homes in Bridgend is being overseen by site manager Leighton Sims.

Leighton has been with Barratt for six years and said that work has now just begun on Morgan’s Meadow, a new development of 194 two, three and four bedroom homes with sales due to start towards the end of the year.

Barratt sales director Richard Lawson added: “We think very carefully when appointing site managers for our new developments because they are crucial to the success of these important new communities.

“Leighton has the skills and experience to deliver homes of the quality our buyers have come to expect from us. I look forward to watching this impressive new development take shape over the coming months.

Richard said Morgan’s Meadow has been created with a whole host of lifestyles in mind - from sole occupants and couples to growing families. “This is very important to us. We know there is a need for new and accessible housing in this region, and our home designers have done us proud here,” said Richard.
