Parole Board plots move to Canary Wharf
A non-departmental public body is preparing to set up at the 10 South Colonnade building in London’s Canary Wharf area.
The Parole Board for England and Wales will move into new offices at the 558,900 sq ft property over the Bank Holiday weekend (August 25-27).
It will share space on the scheme’s third floor with other arms-length bodies and a new Ministry of Justice (MoJ) hub.
The Board is relocating to Canary Wharf from offices at Queen Anne’s Gate in Westminster.
The Government said the move to is part of the MoJ Transformation Project – a strategy to work flexibly with mobile technology and cut the department’s reliance on expensive Westminster office space.
