Orion Homes to launch new Brayton development
Horbury-based housebuilder, Orion Homes, has announced plans to launch a major new development of semi-detached and detached homes in Brayton.
Work will soon commence just off Holly Tree Way to build The Poplars featuring a total of 44 properties designed to appeal to a variety of purchasers. The development will offer a wide range of four and five bedroom living and the opening phase is due to be released for sale in early autumn.
Orion Homes sales manager, Nikki Mallender, said:
“The Poplars marks an exciting stage in Orion Homes’ regional expansion. The company has built throughout West Yorkshire for over four decades but this represents our first development of this size in North Yorkshire. We are confident that The Poplars will attract very healthy demand. All properties will be available with the government-backed Help to Buy scheme.”
The Poplars will be the second new development which Orion Homes has launched this year. Earlier this summer the company commenced work to build a select development of luxury detached homes at Rose Farm Meadows in Altofts, near Wakefield. Other ongoing developments include a range of detached homes at Vicarage Meadows in Holmfirth and Leafield Gardens in Wrenthorpe, near Wakefield.
