Hadyn appointed to oversee new Gloucester development

Hadyn Tanner has been appointed to oversee construction at David Wilson Homes’ new Rosewood Grange development near Gloucester.

He will be responsible for overseeing construction at the site in Hunts Grove, liaising with construction workers, subcontractors and suppliers. With more than a decade’s experience in site management, Hadyn has worked within the construction industry for around 30 years. He has helped create numerous developments - and says he’s looking forward to seeing Rosewood Grange take shape over the coming months.

“Seeing the houses finished is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do,” he says. “Everyone works together as a team to make sure it’s completed on time and to our exacting standards so it’s great to see it all come together.”

Hadyn also enjoys helping younger members of the team develop in their careers. As part of his role as site manager he often mentors local apprentices working on David Wilson Homes developments. “It’s another rewarding part of the job,” he says. “It’s nice when you see people move up through their apprenticeships.”

Hadyn reports that work is going well at Rosewood Grange, with construction of the first tranche of homes underway. Once complete Rosewood Grange will feature a range of 142 two, three and four bedroom homes.
