A new kitchen on offer as part of builders merchants Community Fund

Since 2014, RGB Building Supplies has been donating £1,000 worth of building materials every other month to deserving groups, charities and schools as part of its Well Built Community Fund. For the next Community Fund , the builders merchant is doing something different, by giving away a stunning premium kitchen with an RRP of £9,700.

RGB’s sister company The Room Works is hosting various workshops and demonstrations at The Great Food & Drink Show at Westpoint, Exeter on Saturday 22nd September and once the show ends, RGB is offering the chance for deserving groups and charities to apply for the high-end kitchen that will be used at the show.

From leading kitchen supplier Sheraton, the SETOSA kitchen is painted in a contemporary Oxford Blue colour and features a range of base and full-length cabinets, as well as drawers.

Perhaps a community group would like to update its own kitchen, or a school would like to create a kitchen area - whatever the need RGB would like to hear about it. Groups are welcome to visit The Great Food & Drink Show to take a closer look at The Room Works kitchen and nominate themselves for this award.

From all the nominations received, up to 10 finalists will be chosen to go through to a vote where the public will be asked to decide who will receive the kitchen.

Paul West, Branch Manager at RGB Exeter, commented:

“Kitchen areas are essential for a wide range of groups, charities, schools and care homes in the local area and we’re delighted to be able to give them a chance to win a fantastic new kitchen. We look forward to hearing about how it could transform a space.”

To apply, groups simply need to contact RGB explaining how a new kitchen would be of benefit to them. Nominations can be made by email to RGB@pmwcom.co.uk or by post to RGB Community Fund, c/o PMW Communications, PO Box 167, Bideford, Devon, EX39 9DU. The closing date for nominations is Sunday 30th September 2018.
