New homes released at North Tyneside’s Backworth Park scheme

New homes have come to market at the Backworth Park development in North Tyneside.

Robertson Homes, the housebuilder behind the properties, is forecasting a “high demand” for the seven new-builds due to their proximity to transport links and semi-rural setting.

Backworth Park is located near Shiremoor, around 3.5 miles west of Whitley Bay.

The newly released homes feature integrated garages and en-suite bathrooms. Some incorporate vaulted, glazed garden rooms off open-plan living and dining areas.

Ben Holmes, sales manager at Robertson, said: “The village of Backworth is steeped in history so the development offers the perfect blend of tradition and contemporary living in a beautiful setting.

“The latest phase of homes is now available and with the high level of sales on the site already we anticipate high demand from buyers who want to live close to transport links to Newcastle, including within a short walk of the local Metro station, but also within an attractive semi-rural location.”

The wider Backworth Park scheme comprises 12 house styles across a mix of three- and four-bed houses.
