Prodo celebrates 20th birthday with new Liverpool office announcement

Digital marketing agency Prodo has celebrated its twentieth birthday with the announcement that it is expanding, with a third office in Liverpool joining its Chester and London bases. The company, which turned 20 on 28 August, will be opening its Liverpool office at 20 Chapel Street in October as part of ongoing growth plans.

Prodo was founded in 1998 in Chester, starting out as a web agency at the time when most companies were in the early days of getting to grips with the concept of the internet. Since then, the agency’s services have expanded alongside the evolution of digital marketing. Its 60-strong team now offers core specialist services of inbound marketing and web development to clients across the UK and beyond.

Founder and CEO Pippa Adams said: “I don’t think anyone realised back in 1998 just how different the marketing landscape would become; the pace of change has been staggering, and I’m delighted to say we’ve thrived in this environment to become one of the longest established and respected digital agencies in the North West. Our team is made up of 60-plus people who genuinely care about what they do and have the aptitude to remain curious about what is coming next.

“I’m incredibly proud of the whole team and of the work we’ve delivered over the years – we have been very fortunate to work with some amazing clients on some challenging and innovative projects, from developing the subscription website for The International New York Times to devising and delivering digital strategies for Knowsley Safari and changing the lives of housing association tenants through the innovative thinking of the Accent Group, to name just a few.

“This will be our third UK office and selecting Liverpool is a reflection of our continued commitment to growth in the North West. We were looking to increase our base in developer skills further, and Liverpool was a natural choice due to is reputation as a centre of excellence for technical talent. It’s a fitting milestone as we hit our twentieth anniversary, and I couldn’t be more excited about the new opportunities ahead as we continue to adapt to advances in technology and keep ahead of the curve.”

Prodo is recognised for excellence by content management systems providers, being both an Umbraco Gold Partner and a HubSpot Platinum Partner. It was also the fastest growing agency among leading marketing automation platform HubSpot’s 3,400 agency partners globally last year.
