‘Business-changing’ deal sees Halifax-based Frog Education leap into Australian market

Yorkshire firm Frog Education Limited has signed a deal to bring its cloud-based learning services to the Australian market for the first time.

The Halifax-based company secured a partnership with a global educational supplier that will see its Progress assessment system integrated with the supplier’s own software solution.

The combined software will be rolled out to more than 900 schools across Australia and allow educators to develop their curriculums and assess and review performance.

According to law firm Fieldfisher, which advised Frog on the deal, it will enable every teacher using it to teach every child like they are the only child in the class.

Through its Manchester office, Fieldfisher provided a range of legal support with a team led by technology outsourcing and privacy partner Sam Jardine, alongside senior associate Liam Corrigan.
