Thriving village shopping parade retains occupiers.

Charles Court, a local shopping parade in the popular Cheshire village of Timperley is obviously thriving with three tenants renewing their leases for up to six years.

Estate Agent, Roger Dean, has committed to a further six years for its 1,000 sq ft premises at 3 Charles Court at a rental of £15,000 per annum.

Raw Bake Station, creators of gluten-free, dairy free, vegan, sugar-free and therefore guilt-free, sweet treats, has renewed its lease at 256A Stockport Road. It has agreed a new three year lease on the 500 sq ft ground floor food preparation unit at £6,000 per annum.

Established insurance and investment advisers Stockton & Evans has renewed its lease at 256B, Stockport Road. It has agreed a new 3 year lease on the 500 sq ft ground floor offices at £6,500 per annum.

Regional Property Solutions manage the property on behalf of the landlord Taylor Anderson and acted on its behalf in the lease renewals.
