Digital marketing company acquires analytics specialist LeapThree
Ayima has acquired digital analytics consultancy, LeapThree, as it continues to bolster its growth.
LeapThree is a specialist in the provision of web analytics, data analysis, conversion optimisation and strategic planning.
LeapThree founders, Peter O’Neill and Michael Feiner, join Ayima as respected members of the Analytics community.
Peter discovered his passion for analytics in 2006, while Michael got his start four years prior.
Mike Jacobson, co-founder and CEO of Ayima, said: “Uniting Ayima’s existing digital marketing, data and tech specialisms with LeapThree’s expertise will create a world-class digital and data agency that offers a truly unique proposition within the market.
“We’re excited to welcome them to the Ayima team and are looking forward to working together on strengthening the technical insights we offer our clients.”
Ayima’s global focal point has always been led by data, which includes recent activity such as the launch of the company’s data science service and proprietary machine-learning platform, Ayima Intelligence.
LeapThree’s specialist services combined with Ayima’s offerings will provide new and significant opportunities. These include cross-selling additional services to Ayima’s existing blue-chip client base and developing new SaaS products.
Peter O’Neill, co-founder of LeapThree, added: “Joining the Ayima team was the obvious next step to empower LeapThree and achieve our full potential as a brand.
“We are excited to combine our market-leading Digital Analytics with Ayima’s Digital Marketing expertise to turn ideas and theories into best-of-breed data solutions for our combined client base.”
The addition of LeapThree limited to the Ayima Group represents the first stage of Ayima’s continued goal of accelerating growth through the acquisition of other rapidly growing and innovative Digital Agencies.
