Leading Ingredients Firm Looks to Consolidate Team
North West based Direct Food Ingredients is looking to expand their dedicated team to strengthen their offering and further support customers.
Established in 1995, the leading ingredients specialist has gone from strength to strength, continuing to benefit from a number of key developments, including the further expansion of its highly successful US operation in California, and the company’s on-going improvements in the areas of customer service.
Direct Food Ingredients is hiring a Quality Administrator, to ensure all aspects of the quality systems are maintained to a high standard, whilst the growing firm is also aiming to hire a NPD/Nutritionist before the end of the year. Both appointments will bolster the company’s offering and ensure their services remain highly competitive in the market.
Direct Food Ingredients also achieved a record-breaking year turning over in excess of £21.2m at year end in 2017.

Direct Food Ingredients’ head office is located on Waters Green in the centre of Macclesfield. The business is an established leader in the importation, storage and distribution of functional foods, nutritional and sports ingredients as well as vitamin and mineral premixes.
