New Grade II-listed London office for Leeds firm Sanderson Weatherall
Property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall has moved its London team as part of its growth strategy in the capital.
The firm has snapped up the first floor of 13 Austin Friars, a Grade II-listed building in the heart of the city, on a three-year lease.
Having occupied offices in the West End for 15 years, Sanderson Weatherall moved the 15-strong team to into the new larger space to be closer to a number of its banking and institutional clients.
It follows a raft of new contract wins in the capital and the firm’s appointment on the Crown Commercial Service framework, which led it to create a dedicated public sector advisory team.
Matthew Midwinter, head of the company’s London office, said: “Austin Friars is a fantastic new location for our office and provides the footprint to continue our success and deliver on our growth strategy within a great work environment.
“We have expanded across all disciplines in London and provide a full suite of services to our clients across the region and I am excited to welcome more people to the team as that growth continues.”
Earlier this year, Sanderson Weatherall relocated its Leeds head office to the city’s £100m Central Square development.
