New Aftersales Director for Family Owned Business

Matt Springhall, 42, has joined Swansway Motor Group as Group Aftersales Director.

Matt brings with him a wealth of experience having started in the motor trade at 16 as an Apprentice, “I joined a small, independent, family owned Vauxhall dealership straight from school.

“I found that I loved the motor trade and found I had a real passion for Aftersales. I’m ambitious, always wanting to achieve and reach the next level, so, over the years, I’ve worked with many brands and I’m delighted to come full circle and join Swansway Motor Group, another independent family-owned business”.

“I’m looking forward to working with new brands, as well as some I’ve worked with before and to having a hand in shaping Swansway Aftersales strategy”.

Matt hails from Nottingham and though he’s moved around the UK with work, he’s now back in his home town, “I’m a life-long Nottingham Forest fan, with a season ticket since I was 10, so, I’m happy to be back close to my roots. I’m married with three children, so, as you can imagine, I’m busy out of work too”.

Based at Swansway Group head office in Crewe, Matt will be shaping aftersales across the group’s 14 brands spread across 22 dealerships, from Birmingham in South to Carlisle in the North.
