Philip Speight, WSB

WSB has announced that Philip Speight has joined the property asset management team.

The appointment of Philip, a former partner of Knight Frank and director of Propstone will boost WSB’s existing property management team providing additional capacity and experience to deliver the high standards of management services that clients demand.

WSB’s James Skirrow said: “Philip represents a senior appointment for WSB significantly enhancing our capability within the property and asset management sector.

Gaynor Seville, East Street Arts

Following the launch of its four year partnership programme, Guild, in April 2018, East Street Arts has now appointed a strategic project manager.

Gaynor Seville has joined the arts charity from Mayo County Council where she spent 12 years, developing a public art programme that was recognised internationally.

She will bring her experience to delivering Guild, working with partners from The Artists Information Company, Key Fund, the University of Leeds and the Stockholm Institute.

Gaynor said: “I’m extremely excited to be managing the Guild project working with our fantastic partners who are all set to bring a depth of expertise to the project.

“Our next steps will be to initiate the development of a dedicated online platform for the programme and identify the groups who will be involved with Guild going forward.”

Dusica Neill, Pinpoint Designs

Leeds-based Pinpoint Designs has appointed Dusica Neill as business development director, further developing its London presence as part of ambitious growth plans.

Joining from London-based sister agency Ingenuity Digital, Dusica will spearhead new business in the Capital, bringing on mid-level and enterprise-level eCommerce brands aligned to Pinpoint’s approach and skillset.

A formidable force for growth and perfectly suited to Pinpoint’s international eCommerce client portfolio, Dusica is multilingual, passionate about fashion retail and has a deep technical understanding of digital marketing.

Dusica Neill, business development director for Pinpoint Designs, said: “Joining Pinpoint is a thrilling opportunity which indulges my passions for eCommerce and retail and builds on my strengths and experience in search marketing.

“I can’t wait to engage with companies in the south east and add value to their eCommerce projects.”

Chelsea Martin, Older Citizens Advocacy York

Solicitor Chelsea Martin has been appointed as a trustee of Older Citizens Advocacy York (OCAY).

Chelsea is a member of the private client team at Langleys Solicitors, York. She advises on all aspects of private client work including inheritance tax planning, the preparation of wills, trust documents and lasting powers of attorney.

OCAY supports people over the age of 50 by providing a free and independent advocacy service, enabling them to have a voice in issues that affect their lives.

Chelsea said: “OCAY’s focus is on giving older people a voice and providing them with practical support and advocacy.

“This overlaps so well with the legal advice and guidance that we provide to our clients at Langleys and I am looking forward to the experience I will gain in my role as a trustee.”

The board of trustees praised Chelsea’s ‘personal skills of clarity, calm thoughtfulness and analysis and excellent communication skills’ as well as her ‘expertise in areas relevant to our clients and potential future development’.
