Leading environmental consultancy supports business growth with cloud-based HR software
RSK Group Ltd – one of Europe’s leading multidisciplinary environmental consultancy groups – has invested in cloud-based HR software from Cascade, to support company growth.
Established in 1989, the Cheshire-based firm has been helping organisations worldwide to achieve their business goals, both cost-effectively and with minimum environmental and social impact. Their elevated global presence has seen them work with high-profile clients – across 19 broad disciplines – such as BP, EDF Energy, Kellogg’s and Network Rail.
After a series of major acquisitions, RSK now has over 2300 employees across 91 offices and 23 countries in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. This corporate expansion required a HR system which complemented both its international business model and legislative variances across each of its contingents.
Opting for Cascade’s HR and Recruitment modules, the consultancy’s HR director Zoe Brunswick explained: “Due to our significant workforce growth over the past two years, it was apparent that we had outgrown our old system’s capabilities.
“We needed a software solution which was able to evolve in tandem with our personnel expansion, whilst at the same time cutting the significant amount of time our team currently spends on HR admin tasks.”
Having completed the data-migration phase of the project, a training period for RSK’s HR staff has been completed and the self-service access is being trialled with new starters.
