SAS Daniels LLP promotes new head of dispute resolution
Stockport law firm, SAS Daniels, has promoted Anna Barnes to grow its dispute resolution offering across Cheshire and Greater Manchester.
Anna, who joined SAS Daniels in 2016 is now Partner and Head of the dispute resolution team and will continue to provide expertise in commercial litigation matters.
With offices in Stockport, Macclesfield, Congleton and Chester, SAS Daniels’ dispute resolution team offers specialist advice on debt recovery, intellectual property disputes, contentious probate, professional negligence, insolvency and food regulatory law.
Anna will be managing a team of solicitors and legal advisors across the four offices. She has previously worked at Manchester City Centre law firms Berg, Turner Parkinson and Nexus.

Anna has recently been active in campaigning for businesses who banked with RBS between 2008 and 2013, to help them check if they could be entitled to compensation through the Global Restructuring Group Complaints Review Scheme, the deadline for which is 22 October 2018.
