NE based developer up for two property awards
An all-affordable housing scheme being constructed by North East based development and regeneration specialist – Partner – has been short listed for two awards.
Based in Spennymoor and part of the Washington based Fastflow Group, Partner is working with Midland Heart Housing Association and Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council on the project in Nuneaton.
The St. Mary’s development, which will provide 53 homes for affordable rent and 42 for shared ownership, is up for Property Deal of the Year and Commercial Developer of the Year categories in the Insider Property Awards, West Midlands.
Chris Loizou, Partner’s Head of Development for the Midlands, added: “Every stakeholder needed to enable this project had a can-do attitude and committed to getting the right build and design for this site and prospective residents. All parties involved worked swiftly, concisely and as one team and Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council deserves much credit as without their tenacity and contribution, we would not be on site now.”
A panel of independent judges selected the finalists for the awards which will be announced in Birmingham on November 1.
