Power of Parliament! Striking images showcase developer’s Baltic Triangle vision

Striking new images of a luxurious new residential development in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle have been released today (Tuesday 9 October).

Parliament Square - a £90 million project which will see the construction of 500 lavish apartments across four unique blocks - will also include a public plaza comprising of shops and restaurants.

It was approved by Liverpool City Council in September.

The impressive images, released by Legacie Developments, showcase the size and scale of the scheme and how it will radically transform Greenland Street on the edge of the city centre.

Work on the development will start in late 2019.

A spokesperson for Legacie Developments said:

“These images demonstrate our intention to create a first class residential development on the edge of the city centre. Parliament Square will be unique in that it will offer all of the facilities of a hotel on a residential complex. There will be restaurants, boutique shops and amenities including a gym and luxurious rooftop spa that will be available to residents.

The is no other scheme quite like this in the city.

The development will provide a significant economic boost to the area and will further add to the already thriving and vibrant Baltic Triangle. We’re expecting it to become the most popular address in the city.“
