It's a double! Two lettings for ATC Properties
Acting on behalf of ATC Properties, Knight Frank and Carter Towler have successfully negotiated lettings on the final units at both Balm Road Industrial Park, Leeds, and Astoria Court, Normanton.
Unit 6 at Balm Road, comprising 3,689 sq ft, has been let on a five-year lease to Firefly Audio Visual, while the 3,970 sq ft Unit 1 at Astoria Court has been let to Arrow Film Converters Ltd, also on a five-year lease.
Nick McTague of Leeds-based ATC Properties commented: “We’re delighted to welcome Firefly Audio Visual to Balm Road Industrial Park and Arrow Film Converters to Astoria Court and it’s great to see both estates fully occupied.”
Tom Goode, of the award-winning industrial property team of Knight Frank in Leeds, explained: “The units at Balm Road have been recently refurbished and benefit from excellent access to M621 and Yorkshire’s superb motorway network in south Leeds with Firefly AV joining national occupiers such James Hargreaves Plumbing and Parts Alliance Group.”
Josh Holmes of Carter Towler added: “The arrival of Arrow Film Converters is a resounding endorsement of Astoria Court as an established and well-appointed industrial property location, benefiting from excellent access to Junction 31 of the M62 and within easy distance of Castleford, Wakefield and south Leeds”.
