Clothes2order.com shines with silver accolade at national business awards
Personalised clothing company Clothes2order.com has won a national business honour for the service it gives to customers.
The Trafford Park-based business took a silver accolade at the ninth annual UK Customer Experience Awards.
Its award came in the ‘Customers at the heart of everything – Customer Satisfaction’ category.
Marketing director Simon Turner and manufacturing operations manager Adam Brant collected the trophy at a gala dinner at Wembley Stadium.
The awards celebrate inspiring companies and individuals which deliver an outstanding customer experience. This year’s ceremony was attended by more than 900 people.
Sam Jones, managing director of Clothes2order.com, said: “We are delighted to take home this national award for customer satisfaction.
“It demonstrates the success of our continued efforts to further enhance our print quality over the last 12 months, resulting in major improvements to the experience we provide our customers.
“We are extremely proud to have won this accolade, which recognises our passion and commitment to putting our customers first.”
Clothes2order.com creates personalised clothing for businesses, teams and communities by printing or embroidering logos and designs on to t-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts and more for customers across the UK. The company also exports to more than 35 countries.
The award follows the most successful year in the company’s history, during which staff numbers have grown to over 160 to meet surging demand for its products.
