New ‘quintessentially English’ office in Belgravia for expanding property services company
Property services business Quintessentially Estates is launching a new base in London’s Belgravia district.
Opening on Monday (November 12), the firm’s office at 51 Kinnerton Street will predominantly act as a buying agent for clients, sourcing property to rent and buy both in London and overseas.
The expansion will also see Quintessentially Estates make its home management service available in Belgravia. The offering includes keeping an eye on clients’ property, stocking the fridge and arranging repairs or maintenance work as required.
The company said the Kinnerton Street opening is part of a wider plan to grow its office network over the next quarter.
CEO Penny Mosgrove said: “We are so excited to open our office in the heart of Belgravia, located just off lively retail destination Motcomb Street.
“Our new office on Kinnerton Street is quintessentially English in its chocolate box appearance with fresh flowers outside and heritage windows.”
She continued: “We can’t wait to integrate ourselves into the community, and get involved in the Motcomb Street festival and other festivities run by Grosvenor Estates.
“Every aspect of our new office has been deliberately designed to transcend property norms, we will have bespoke furnishing inside and a window display of seasonal goodies – as with everything we do at Quintessentially, we sell a lifestyle, not just a property.”
