A Perfect Circle for Les

Often ending up back where you began is a bad thing, but not in the case of Les Peters; exactly 15 years ago Les Peters started his working life as a trainee Sales Exec at Blackburn Audi and now Les is back at Blackburn Audi as Head of Business and he’s delighted.

Les explains, “I knew right from the start that Audi was the brand for me; I’ve stayed loyal to the four rings throughout my career, but I did leave Blackburn Audi to pursue my career and I’ve been given some fantastic opportunities along the way.

“But, I’ve now gone full circle and I’m back at Blackburn Audi where it all began, no longer a trainee, but Head of Business. It makes me immensely proud to be back, working with an incredible team for family business with outstanding values”, added Les.

The Blackburn dealership is now part of family owned Swansway Motor Group which has over 20 dealerships, six of them Audi, so still plenty of room for Les to further his ambitions.

Originally from Leyland, Les, 37, now lives in Prestwich and is married with two young sons and feels lucky to have achieved so many goals in his career to date, “I feel very lucky because I absolutely love my job, and I’m privileged to have such a fantastic role; it’s inspired me to want to motivate others to achieve their goals. I firmly believe that if you build a great team, support, encourage and develop them then the opportunities are endless”.
