Architecture practice Pozzoni wins place on NHS estates consultancy framework
An architecture firm with offices in Manchester and London has landed a place on an NHS architectural framework.
Pozzoni will be able to secure work via Lot 4 (Architectural Services) of the NHS North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC) Estates Consultancy Framework, which appoints organisations for a range of estates consultancy services.
Pozzoni’s portfolio includes a number of developments in the health sector, including healthcare facilities, residential schemes and care homes, as well as complementary amenities like offices, multi-storey car parks and leisure space.
Director Nigel Saunders said: “We are delighted to have been appointed to this important framework and we look forward to providing a different perspective, bringing skills from our many sectors to the healthcare market, as well as our broad experience of working with hospital trusts, independent hospitals and private sector organisations.”
The NOE CPC is a wholly NHS-owned organisation hosted by Leeds and York Partnerships NHS Foundation Trust. It comprises an expert team of procurement and commercial professionals from the public and private sectors.
