Estate Agent Scoops 17 Gold Awards For Quality Of Service

Dacre, Son & Hartley has been named as the best estate agent in 17 of the 20 areas where it has offices by AllAgents, which is the UK’s largest customer review website for the property industry.

The company’s offices scooped prestigious gold awards in Ilkley, North Leeds, Bramhope, Morley, Otley, Wetherby, Pateley Bridge, Ripon, Knaresborough, Settle, Saltaire, Baildon, Bingley, Thirsk, Burley in Wharfedale, Elland and Skipton. In addition, the company received a silver award in Harrogate and its Bingley office was also named as the town’s best lettings branch.

In total more than 750 people, who have sold or bought through Dacres, have now left five-star reviews on the AllAgents website, and more than 98 per cent said they would recommend the company to others.

The review site is the property industry’s equivalent to TripAdvisor and is based on genuine reviews from clients who rate the service they have received.

This latest awards success follows the firm’s specialist lettings division being recognised as one of the top three in the Yorkshire & Humberside region in the Best Estate Agent Guide, which is run by the Property Academy. After taking a bronze medal in the medium sized agency category, Dacres is now included in the prestigious ‘Best Estate Agent Guide 2019’.

The Property Academy, in conjunction with Rightmove conducted an in-depth analysis of performance data for 25,000 branches over a 6-month period and also carried out 50,000 mystery shops on over 1 million different properties - the biggest mystery shopping review process ever undertaken of the property industry.

With 167 members of staff across West and North Yorkshire, Dacre, Son & Hartley is Yorkshire’s largest independent estate agent.
