Skout celebrates success with two new high-growth clients
2018 is showing no signs of slowing down for Macclesfield-based B2B PR consultancy Skout as it welcomes two new high growth North West based businesses to its client roster - mmadigital and 100% Group.
mmadigital is an innovator in digital marketing with a focus on customer acquisition in the legal sector. The Didsbury-based business uses disruptive approaches to generate quality enquiries in personal injury, medical negligence and other legal claims. Its in-house legal enquiry capture team then qualifies these claims and then refers them to panel law firms to be pursued.
With ambitious goals to become a leader in customer acquisition in the UK, mmadigital approached Skout to help raise its profile further in the legal sector and to promote the business to law graduates looking for alternative career options.
Dez Derry, CEO of mmadigital says, “Skout’s B2B experience in the legal and marketing sectors was very appealing. Following a recent rebrand and taking our plans to expand into consideration it was crucial that we found an agency that we felt could communicate the mmadigital vision.”
Skout is also working with 100% Group, a family-run global business specialising in international export, installation and maintenance of branded retail displays. 100% has successfully won a host of worldwide accounts with well-known manufacturers in consumer technology, sporting and luxury brand markets, and is already making plans for expansion.
Skout responded to a competitive brief aimed at assisting with 100%’s ambitious growth plans. The company has had an eventful year already having won gold at the 2018 POPAI Awards for ‘best installation’, winning a number of significant new international accounts and celebrating a 240% team expansion.
“It was particularly important for us to appoint a PR agency that has a good understanding of the retail industry, an appreciation for our company’s ethos and a ’good cultural fit”, says managing director, Dan Williams.
“We have a very niche market here at 100%, and we think that Skout is well equipped to communicate our story using its targeted approach and story foraging methodology.” Skout MD, Rob Skinner says, “Working with two exciting and unique local businesses operating in two different and highly competitive marketplaces offers a great opportunity to expand on our own specialisms and demonstrate some exciting developments in industry today.”
Skout’s client base is international but these new wins add to its growing Manchester based roster which also includes Gazprom Energy, Wax Digital and Workr.
