Lancashire-based IT experts call upon UK SMEs
Lancaster-based managed IT support provider Q2Q IT is calling upon UK SMEs to assist with a research project, which seeks to identify some of the biggest IT challenges facing small and medium businesses.
According to the European Commission, SMEs represent 99% of all businesses in the EU. Therefore, when it comes to finding the right level of IT support for a growing company, an off-the-peg solution simply won’t cut it.
As part of its current campaign, Q2Q IT is keen to hear from SMEs of all sizes – across a range of industries – in order to build a picture of the IT landscape, headed into 2019. Opinions are gathered through a short online survey and all participants can opt into a draw to win an Amazon Echo, as a thank you for their time.
Q2Q IT is also offering business owners a free IT audit to asses the strength of their current technical infrastructure. A 36-point health check examines businesses’ current IT status and provides a clear understanding of the areas requiring improvement – in priority order – along with a breakdown of the necessary actions to achieve real progress. The online survey can be found here.
