Calm Focus on 2019 Following Successful 2018
Calm, a leading software and web company, is surging into 2019 to celebrate its tenth anniversary on the back of a successful 2018.
The company has not only boosted its team numbers this year, 2018 also comes to a close complete with an impressive portfolio of international clients.
Launched in 2009, Calm has five directors, all experts in their field and under the guidance of Phillip Allick, Helen Stewart, Danielle Bloom, Andrew Murphy and Daniel Askwith the company is flourishing.
This year, the growth has seen around a 25% rise in turnover, and as a result the company has increased its business development team, website division and software expertise.
The team have delivered on a number of outstanding projects throughout 2018 including BBNM Law, Bond Woodhouse, CPD Bodies, Tees Mutual, Carey’s Personal Credit and Redcar Racecourse.
Recent wins with ongoing projects include new websites for Pixel 2 Paint, The Poultry Club of Great Britain and Red Button Marketing. Calm are also currently developing a new intranet for Endeavour Partnership, a new CRM system for Vehicle Smart and an e-learning platform for Sage Gateshead.
Helen Stewart, director in charge of business development, said:

Calm also own the Advent Calendar Online offering which boasts clients including Lindt, Holiday Pirates, Scenic Tours and The Wasps Rugby Club!
Now employing a team of 16 the company has recently expanded its office in BOHO One in Middlesbrough.
