Patryk Duda and Danielle Robertshaw, Napier
B2B PR and marketing agency Napier has announced two new hires.
Patryk Duda is a recent graduate of Bournemouth University with a degree in business IT, joining the company as an IT specialist.
Danielle Robertshaw was hired for the role of account administration executive. She has more than 10 years’ experience in customer service and administration across the wedding and medical sectors.
Amanda Allen, Pure Fitout
Northern Irish fit-out company Pure Fitout has appointed a new UK head of business development.
The Belfast-headquartered company has appointed Amanda Allen to lead its push into the British market, which will start with a primary focus on London.
Pure Fitout was founded in 2015 and achieved a turnover of £6.5m in its first trading year, growing that figure to £9.7m in year two. During that time, its workforce has expanded from four employees to 48.
Amanda, whose experience spans almost two decades, said: “My main objective when introducing Pure Fitout to the British market will be to emphasise the company’s collaborative approach to projects.
“They continuously seek ways in which they can improve what they do and how they do it, including investing in an exceptional in-house joinery and metal craftsmanship.”
She continued: “I’m excited to have joined the team and look forward to injecting my entrepreneurial passion into the company’s ambitious growth plans.”
Pure Fitout’s founder and MD, Ronan Higham, commented: “We’re entering a new and exciting phase for the company and Amanda’s vast experience and network of established relationships across the fit-out industry will be invaluable to us as we identify new business opportunities and sectors for growth.”
Brenda Morris, SD Worx
SD Worx, provider of payroll and HR services, has appointed Brenda Morris as its vice president for the UK and Ireland.
Brenda, who will also serve as a member of the firm’s executive committee, has almost 30 years’ experience across HCM and international software and services businesses.
SD Worx Group chief exec Steven Van Hoorebeke said: “Brenda is a welcome addition to the SD Worx teams and with her wealth of experience, we are excited to implement the new insight she brings to the UK.
“The UK is a leading market when it comes to HR and payroll and is home to some of the World’s biggest companies, so the opportunity for growth in this market is considerable.”

Richard Prosser, loveholidays
Travel agency loveholidays has appointed Richard Prosser as chairman.
Richard has nearly 40 years’ experience in the sector. His background includes time on the group management board of TUI Travel plc as managing director, between 2007 and 2010, and as managing director of First Choice Holidays from 1996 to 2007.
He has also held senior positions at Cosmosair plc and Globus Travel services.
Outside his work with loveholidays, Richard is chairman of food and beverage experiences business Rhubarb. He also holds positions at Tuskerdirect, PhoCusWright and Audley Travel.
